Shipping

Wild Hades ships through two fulfillment lanes, depending on what you order.

Print-on-demand merch (apparel, stickers, and other Wild Hades designs)

These items ship through our fulfillment partner Printify. Orders are typically printed and shipped within 2–7 business days after you place them. Delivery times vary by destination — often about 3–10 business days after fulfillment, and longer for some destinations.

Health & Fitness gear (Iron Neck via Shopify Collective)

Iron Neck products in our Health & Fitness collection are sold on Wild Hades and fulfilled by Iron Neck through Shopify Collective. Rates and transit times come from Collective Carrier Service at checkout (not Printify) and depend on the supplier and your destination.

Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, item size, destination, and which fulfillment lane applies. You will see the exact cost before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information when available from the carrier.

International

When we ship outside the United States, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the product or shipping price.

Issues

If a package is lost, damaged, or never arrives, contact us at orders@wildhades.com with your order number and we will work with fulfillment and the carrier to help.

Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has entered production or been handed to the supplier.
